A return and refund will be accepted only where products are deemed faulty. There must be no sign of wear and all original tags must be attached. Contact must be made via e-mail (email@example.com) within 14 days of the dispatch date. Return postage will be at the expense of the customer and refunded when item is inspected and deemed faulty. Please note that international orders (Outside of Australia) can only be returned for a store credit and we cannot provide a refund.
Xander Studio will happily exchange within 7 days from receiving your order. If you could please confirm your exchange request via e-mail (hello@ xanderstudio.com) - this will enable us to confirm available stock. All returned goods must be in original condition with all tags still attached. An exchange will not be accepted if products show signs of use or altered in any way. Postage will be at the expense of the customer.
